Add cabbage, caraway<br \/>\n seeds and salt. Cook, covered, stirring occasionally, until tender, 8 to 10<br \/>\n minutes. Remove from the heat. Add apple, shallot, vinegar, mustard and<br \/>\n pepper and stir until combined.
