Honey Field Farm is an organic vegetable farm in Norwich, Vermont run by Eli Hersh and Valerie Woodhouse. They grow a select variety of crops, specializing in hot peppers and cucumbers, for sale through Deep Root Cooperative and to local stores, restaurants and food processors.
