Acquiring the farm from her father in the late 90’s, Emylou built a small greenhouse where she began to grow organically. Now joined by partner and farm manager Alex, the farm has flourished since 2004. Le Potager d’ Emylou supplies Deep Root with a wide variety of produce including field cucumbers, parsley, and root crops.
