Witt Acres Farm is a small, diversified beef and organic vegetable farm located in Fairfax, Vermont. The farm is owned and operated by Malachi Witt, a UVM graduate with a B.S. in Ecological Agriculture. Before founding Witt Acres Farm, Malachi spent five years at River Berry Farm. Witt Acres Farm is passionate about integrating livestock and vegetable production to create resilient and sustainable food systems.
